I wanted to wait until I really settled in from my visits, dental work, and experiences here at Craig Ranch Dental Group and I can say confidentiality this is a great place to go. First of all everyone I met in my time going here has been so kind and patient in explaining everything to me from cost to what they're doing and answering any questions I had (I felt so bad making sure I understood and asked everything, but they were so patient). Front desk staff are very welcoming, their edontist and hydenist were kind and witty, and Heidi Kim my dentist was again, patient, kind, very knowledgeable, and I felt very much taken care of. As someone who has a little dentist anxiety, everytime I have gone back since my initial visits that anxiety went away. Glad I found this dentist and location!

First time I get to visit this Smile Generations branch up north. I’ve been with Rainsprings in the southwest side of town for the longest time. But I have been dreading to look for new location and new dentist. Guess what? This place surprised me with such warm welcome. I have canceled my prior appt with Rainsprings and recently chipped off my molar hours after canceling the scheduled appt. Then I gave this location a call. I spoke with Ohmar over the phone and was able to set an appointment the next day! I walked in to my appointment and was greeted. The front desk receptionist had a pleasant smile. Initially, Xray Tech Giselle on the other hand was very thorough with the entire process and already made me feel comfortable. I could tell that there’s a big smile behind the worn mask that matches her soft-spoken tone. Can’t wait to meet my new Dentist, and I will post more about my experience later. Oh the facility looked very clean and well maintained. Kudos!
